DISTRIBUTION IS NOT INTENDED FOR AI-GENERATED MUSIC
One Responsible Contact Person per Label
Each label must have one primary contact person who:
- manages the label's distribution
- communicates with MAD-HALL
- is responsible for the content being released
One primary email address must be linked to this account. All communication, release approvals, and distribution management will be handled through this address.
No AI-Generated Music
We do not accept music generated by artificial intelligence.
MAD-HALL supports authentic creativity and real artists. Uploading AI-generated tracks may result in:
- distribution being rejected
- account suspension
- removal of released content
Active Label
Our distribution program is intended for labels that:
- actively release music
- work with artists
- build their own catalog
MAD-HALL is not an open upload platform. We approve only projects that fit our distribution network.
Copyright and Music Rights
Labels must own or have properly cleared the rights to all music they distribute.
This includes:
- master rights
- copyrights
- any required licenses and sample clearances
MAD-HALL is not responsible for content distributed without proper authorization.
Stream Manipulation
Any manipulation of streams, including fake streams and the purchase of plays, is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in:
- royalty payments being withheld
- releases being removed
- permanent termination of distribution
Identity Verification
Before distribution is approved, a label may be asked to verify:
- the identity of the label representative
- the existence of the label
- its online presence
MAD-HALL reserves the right to reject a distribution application.
2. Fill out the verification form
LABEL DISTRIBUTION
Based on the form, we will assess whether you are suitable for our distribution.
3. You will receive the decision within 30 days
Following @madhall on Instagram and other platforms helps us verify your identity and confirm that you are a genuine, active artist. Access to the distribution program is available only to approved artists.
Once you submit your application, we will review your artist profile to verify its authenticity. You will receive a notification of approval or rejection within 30 days. We evaluate:
- your music platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)
- your social media presence
- your activity, originality, and professionalism
