DISTRIBUTION IS NOT INTENDED FOR AI-GENERATED MUSIC
1. No AI-Generated Music
We do not accept tracks generated by artificial intelligence.
Uploading AI-generated music may result in an account review and permanent removal.
No refunds will be issued for violations of these rules.
2. Your Subscription Must Be Active
If you stop paying for your plan, your access to the distribution program will be terminated.
System abuse (e.g. subscribing for just one month to repeatedly release music and then canceling) will result in a permanent ban.
3. You Must Own 100% of the Rights
You may only upload music that you fully own or have a valid license to use.
If you are unsure whether you have the rights, assume that you DO NOT.
Unauthorized releases may result in legal action by copyright holders and removal from platforms.
4. Fraud, Fake Streams or Manipulation = Permanent Ban
Stream manipulation, purchasing fake plays or followers, and metadata fraud are strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in catalog removal, withheld royalties, or legal consequences imposed by digital service providers (DSPs).
5. No Illegal or Prohibited Content
Hate speech, extremist content, political propaganda, stolen samples, and unlicensed vocals or sound packs are prohibited.
Content that violates international copyright law or platform policies will be removed.
6. You Are Responsible for Your Account Information
Keep all login credentials, contracts, metadata, and documents secure.
Loss of access or incomplete metadata may delay your releases.
7. Artist Verification Is Required
Access is granted only after a manual review of your artist profile.
MAD-HALL approves only artists who meet professional standards.
2. Fill out the verification form

Based on the form, we will assess whether you are suitable for our distribution.
3. You will receive the decision within 30 days
Following @madhall on Instagram and other platforms helps us verify your identity and confirm that you are a genuine, active artist. Access to the distribution program is available only to approved artists.
Once you submit your application, we will review your artist profile to verify its authenticity. You will receive a notification of approval or rejection within 30 days. We evaluate:
- your music platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)
- your social media presence
- your activity, originality, and professionalism
